Your child can already use AI. But can they think for themselves?

AI will write their homework, answer their questions, and do their research for them. But who teaches them to question what AI gives back? To spot when it's wrong? To research, reason, and build something original? Schools aren't teaching this. We are. And you know your child needs it.

How we teach your child to think

This isn't busy work or screen babysitting. Our methodology is built around real challenges, real projects, and structured thinking exercises that develop the critical reasoning skills your child will use for the rest of their life. Every quest teaches them to question, research, analyze, and create — skills no amount of homework can replace.

A safe environment you can trust completely.

Every lesson is created and reviewed by educators. Every interaction is guided and structured — your child never has unsupervised access to AI. You see everything they do, control what they access, and can review every activity. This is a walled garden built from scratch for your child's safety.

Guided, Never Unsupervised

Your child never has open access to AI. Every activity is structured and educator-designed — fill-in-the-blank templates, guided prompts, and reviewed content. They learn how AI works in a controlled, safe environment.

Your Child's Privacy Is Sacred

We collect only a display name and age group. No email from your child. No tracking cookies. No ads. No data sold. Fully COPPA compliant — verified and enforced.

You See Everything

Your parent dashboard shows every quest completed, every artifact created, every minute spent. Control which paths they access. Nothing happens without your knowledge.

No Strangers. No Social Media.

No chat rooms. No public profiles. No social feeds. No way for anyone to contact your child. If they want to share their work, you approve it first. Period.

Questions parents ask

Yes. ANVIL Kids is fully COPPA compliant. We collect minimal personal information (display name and age group only), require verifiable parental consent before any child account is created, and never share data with third parties. Children under 13 have no public profiles and no social features. All AI interactions use guided templates, not open-ended prompts.

ANVIL Kids is designed for ages 5-17, split into three groups. Little Builder paths (ages 5-7) use simple language, playful visuals, and hands-on games perfect for early learners. Explorer paths (ages 8-12) feature kid-friendly language, real-world examples, and guided quests. Builder paths (ages 13-17) tackle complex topics like data analysis, grant writing, and AI ethics with greater independence. All groups produce real artifacts they keep.

Yes. One subscription covers up to 5 child profiles. Each child gets their own progress tracking, XP, level, path recommendations, and portfolio. You manage all profiles from a single parent dashboard. No extra charge per child.

If your child is 12-13 and falls between groups, start with the quiz — it considers maturity and interest level, not just age. You can assign either Explorer or Builder when creating their profile, and switch anytime. Many 12-year-olds thrive on Builder paths, while some 13-year-olds prefer starting with Explorer content first.

Instead of typing open-ended prompts, children fill in structured templates. For example: "I am researching [topic]. Help me find 3 facts about [specific question] from [source type]." The AI sees only the completed template, never raw free-form input. This prevents misuse, keeps outputs educational, and teaches kids how to give clear instructions — a professional AI skill in itself.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. On monthly plans, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. On annual plans, you keep access through the end of your year. All portfolio artifacts your child created are always accessible, even after cancellation.

No. Children do not need an email address. The parent creates child profiles using only a display name and age group. All authentication goes through the parent account. This is by design — we collect as little personal information as possible.

When a child completes all 20 quests in a path, they earn a completion badge and their final portfolio artifact is marked as a capstone project. They can start any other path immediately — there is no lock between paths. The portfolio grows with each completed path, building a tangible record of skills they can reference for school applications, internships, or simply pride.
