Our Mission

ANVIL exists because the current system fails displaced workers. Job boards are broken. Career coaches cost hundreds per hour. Boot camps take 6-12 months and teach skills AI is actively replacing.

We built a different path: a free, 7-day sprint that turns any displaced worker into an AI-augmented specialist in boring, essential niches where human judgment is legally or ethically required.

Core Principle: Don't compete with AI. Become the human layer on top of it. AI handles 70-90% of the work, you add the judgment, empathy, and accountability that no algorithm can.

ANVIL is free for displaced workers because we make money from:

  • Government Workforce Contracts: WIOA-funded outcome-based training

Your success is our business model. If you don't land work, we don't get paid.
